This is a dry massage where you are dressed in comfortable loose clothing. Combining slow deep breathing, gentle pressure & passive stretching to relieve muscle and joint tension, increase flexibility, relax and balance the body’s energy systems. This massage can give the same physical benefits as a sports massage & is a perfect solution for those who prefer to remain fully clothed during a massage. Carried out by fully licensed and experienced practitioner for a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience for both mother and baby at each stage of pregnancy (recommended after week 12). Indian head massage/Champissage

A deep relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders & was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. Indian head massage is kind to your hair but not kind to hair-dos. Please wear comfortable loose clothing as you will remain fully clothed throughout the session however your therapist will need access to your upper back.

Slimming & anti-cellulite treatment

Specific massage techniques on hips & thighs with lymphatic draining to tone skin & tissue as well as improve circulation. This is NOT a relaxing treatment. We use manuel intermittent rapid movements with deep pressure with a special medium to manually breakdown fat deposits under the surface followed by lymphatic draining to help illuminate the lactic acid & flush out the system. Highly recommended that you drink plenty of water after the treatment.

Hopi ear candling

A natural relaxing therapy that is completely painless and helps to rebalance the ear by drawing out impurities. Lighting one end of the candles create a suction, drawing impurities out of the ear. The candling is combined with a partial face & head massage that is gentle & soothing.
