About Bodyworks

Bodyworks has been strongly established in Courchevel since 2001 always providing mobile massage services to chalets & apartments throughout the Courchevel valley & at the same time we have been invited to work in various hotels in Courchevel.

 

Our past history includes

  • 15 years working in the 5 * palace hotel spa Les Airelles, where the spa has been recognised as one of the top leading spas of the world.
  • 5 years working along side Club Med running the BODYWORKS - gym & tonic in the Forum fitness centre in Courchevel 1850.
  • 4 years managing the 4 * Hotel Sivoliere spa in Courchevel 1850.
  • 3 years running the BODYWORKS spa in the 4 * hotel Les Grandes Alpes in 1850.
  • 3 years running the BODYWORKS spa in the 4 * hotel La Loze in Courchevel 1850.

In an environment of sports & exercise be it on an occasional, personal or professional level, we are here to help your body address the needs that you demand of it. Our body work and massages are based on trusting the wisdom of your body. Our goal is to provide instruction, ideas & resources for self responsible health & fitness.

Our Services

We provide full spa services in the comfort your surroundings & have an excellent international team of American, British & French therapists all of who speak english & french fluently. 

Although BODYWORKS specialise in sports massage & deep tissue recuperation techniques, we offer a wide range of massages & we are sure that there is something for everyone.

BODYWORKS has an excellent reputation and we guarantee all of our services 200%. This simply means that if a client is not happy with their massage then not only do they not pay for the massage but they are offered a second massage from a different therapist for free. We are available 7 days p/wk from 11h to 19h. We have a telephone receptionist available during these hours to take appointments.
